The deposit payment is non-refundable.
If you wish to terminate our contract, you must let us know in writing as soon as possible. Any works carried on your project by Create Home Design up to the point of termination of the contract will be invoiced pro-rata.
Fees will become due as specified in your quotation, failure to adhere to contract terms will result in legal action to recover the debt.
