Took Away A Lot Of The Stress

Carly provided a full project service for our loft extension, from initial plans through to ongoing site visits, progress reports and contractors payment schedules. The plans were perfectly to brief and the execution with our builders has delivered exactly what we wanted. The project management service took away a lot of the stress and gave us confidence as the build progressed. We would be happy to use Carly again and to recommend her.

Knowledgeable And Personable - A Great Experience!

Lovely To Deal With

We found Carly lovely to deal with from start to finish, and very useful in helping us understand what things we could do or should consider doing with the complete reconfiguration of our downstairs. Her sketches and drawings were spot on, and really helped the builders who quoted the job understand the detail of what we wanted to do. We managed the project ourselves once it started, but Carly assured us she was on hand should we need any support or help. Delighted with our “new” house now that the work is finished, and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Carly to friends.

Went Above And Beyond

Carly’s Extensive Knowledge - We Were In Safe Hands

We were so impressed with Carly’s initial designs and suggestions for our dining extension we asked her to help us see the project through. We had no idea what to expect or what to do and Carly helped us at every step using her extensive knowledge and wonderful attention to detail. Every meeting and decision was logged and Carly signed off on each milestone. We really felt we were in safe hands. The new layout has absolutely surpassed expectations. The house flows beautifully and we absolutely love the space.

Peace Of Mind

Carly was great to work with. She got to know us and our requirements, fitting in to meet our timings. Design process worked well with a few revisions until it was right. Carly ran our tender which went smoothly and gave us peace of mind. She helped our builder with follow up queries too. We love the changes Carly helped to deliver to our home!

A Simple Design Had Several Complex Impacts

I have appreciated the work done by Carly and the team, it turns out what looked to be a simple design had several complex impacts, with pros/cons associated with each option. Working with both Carly and Ollie has been a pleasure.”
